- Pump and instrument schedules: List motor data and the signals that the control panel needs to connect.
- Operating philosophy: Describe modes, duty selection, process conditions and alarm requirements.

The panel scope must be defined separately from the treatment-process equipment. Process performance, field-device supply and integration responsibilities require explicit project agreement.
